  • Discover which variations and modifications work best for your body

  • Practice meditation and mindfulness

  • Discuss the 8 limbs, or essentially the values, of yoga and how we can incorporate them into other areas of life

  • Start our own mini one-on-one book club with a yoga book of your choice!

  • Establish routines and habits that may help to keep your wellness on track

Private yoga is a great way to have a personalized yoga study, centered around your own goals and schedule. It also can give you a chance to develop more of a one-on-one relationship with your instructor than you normally would in a full yoga class.

Some people might just like to take a single private yoga session to focus on and get feedback on a specific area of your practice. Other yogis might like to schedule private yoga sessions weekly as a part of their long-term practice and regimen.
