5 Minute Reclined Yoga for Hips & Hamstrings

This 5-minute yoga class is great for beginners and experienced yogis alike. The entire practice is reclined, making this a great practice to start or end your day when your energy isn't quite peaked yet. If you have more time, I encourage you to pause and enjoy each pose for a few additional breaths, or add in a happy baby or spinal twist at the end!

This 5-minute yoga class is great for beginners and experienced yogis who just need something quick! My intention is to show you that it's possible to do yoga every single day, and show you different options in basic poses to make the pose work for your body, instead of the other way around.

I want to get you out of the mindset that we don’t have time for yoga. I want to get some of you out of the mindset that you’re not strong enough, or flexible enough to do yoga. Yoga is for EVERYONE and I want to empower you to find shapes on your mat that work for you every single day.

We all have 5 minutes to spare every day, and the best way to stick with something is through consistency. I hope that by providing this bite-sized practice you can use it as a foundation for a daily habit.
